Grace Christian Academy is a ministry of Grace Presbyterian Church, PCA.

The mission of the academy is to provide quality childcare in an environment where children experience the love of God and learn the good news of Jesus Christ. The program serves working parents in the suburban neighborhoods surrounding the church property.

 

THE program is characterized by:

• A Christian environment and curriculum
• Caring and experienced teachers
• Quality childcare with age appropriate activities
• A home-like setting with opportunities for outdoor play

 

THE ACADEMY INCLUDES:

• Preschool – state licensed year-round care for young children, Toddler through pre-K.
  • Enrollment: approximately 30 children in three classes. The preschool operates from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Program includes daily Bible story time, age appropriate art, music and science activities, outdoor play, reading readiness and free play time.
• After School Care – school year care for children, K-6th grade.
  • Enrollment: 15-20 children, with room to expand. Children arrive by bus from nearby public schools. Care is provided until 6:00 p.m. Program includes daily prayer and devotional time, outdoor and indoor play.
• Summer Program – all day care in the summer for children, K-6th grade.
  • Enrollment: 25-30 children. The program operates from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Program includes daily VBS activities, indoor and outdoor play, and weekly field trips for swimming, skating and other recreational events.
